Ms. Thiphaphone Phetmany

Thip possesses significant consulting and training experience.  An architect and urban planner by profession, Thip has a Bachelor (with Honours) and Masters of Business degrees from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia.

Her project management, productivity and performance improvement, human resources development and business counseling skills are excellent.

Ms. Somchay Soulitham

With a master’s degree in Pedagogy from the Former Soviet Union and a Master degree in Management from Monash University, Australia, Tui is a most popular trainer and moderator to problem solving and planning sessions.

She is fully competent and conversant with government agencies and departments and NGO environments. 

She excels in Experience-Based Training and has conducted many business start-ups and expansion courses for rural enterprises and artisan groups.  Her recent focal subject is Institutional Development and Organizational Strengthening (IDOS) under the join effort with the Netherlands Development Organization (SNV).

 

  
 


Mr. Thanomvong Khamvongsa

Nom complemented his forestry and engineering disciplines with courses on small business management and training methods.  He studied in Russia, Thailand, New Zealand, Sweden, The Philippines and Germany.

He is highly proficient in computer graphics, multimedia, information systems, databases, GPS/GIS, and SPSS-based survey methods.

As a specialist in Project cycle management including operation, setting up monitoring  and evaluation system (M+E), Nom has successfully worked in the rural development programs, particularly in agro-based industries, project opportunities identification, and formulation, monitoring and evaluation, agriculture extension and poverty reduction.

Ms. Buakhay Phimmavong

Buakhay is a financial management expert and enterprise trainer.  With BA on pedagogy, she has worked with numerous entrepreneurship and management training programmers offered by GOs, NGOs, and technical assistance projects in Laos, Cambodia and Viet Nam.

With her recent Master degree in Development Management from Asian Institute of Management, the Philippines, she is competent in other specializations like project formulation & management, impact monitoring and evaluation, social entrepreneurship, etc....
